ESI is Closing on September 30, 2025

Read the FAQs on our business closure below if you have outstanding courses or exams.

I've paid for courses I haven't taken yet.  What should I do?

Those with outstanding courses or ungraded exams have two options:

1.  Use the Contract Us button above to request a full refund for any untaken courses or ungraded           exams.  Refunds will be available through the end of September 2025.

2.  Complete your courses and submit any required exams before the end of December 2025.  All            training materials and exam grading services will be discontinued on December 31, 2025.

I need to take courses but I haven't paid for them yet.  Is it too late?

No.  Feel free to purchase any materials you need before our online payment system is shut off on September 30, 2025.

Can I contact you after September 2025 if I have questions or need training?

Yes.  ESI appreciates all of our loyal customers and Management is happy to help in any way possible.  If you think you'll need to contact us after September 2025, use the Contact Us button above to send us a message now.  We'll provide an alternate email address and phone number after ESI's contacts are discontinued.

 

I am required to obtain continuing education units (CEUs) for training.  Will my CEUs still be valid after ESI is closed?

Yes.  Although our doors are closing, ESI remains listed as an approved education provider with all its usual agencies and regulatory bodies.  Any CEUs you have earned through training will remain valid.​
